Costs
All new patients will have a Full Traditional Diagnosis (FTD) when first coming to the clinic. This allows us to assess you and your health on the deepest level from a Chinese Medicine point of view. Most of this will happen during your initial consultation but will also involve the patient filling out a few forms prior to coming and some extra work by the practitioner after the first treatment.
Adults – This initial consultation will normally take up to 2 hours depending on the patient’s condition. For all further treatments the patient should set aside 1 hour.
Children – (up to and including the age of 12) This initial consultation and first treatment will last 1.5 hours and subsequent treatments approximately 30 minutes.
Deposit – due to a high number of cancellations and the length of an initial consultation we now ask that new patients pay a deposit when booking for the first time.
Please see the tables below for treatment costs. Reductions are available for booking sessions in advance. This is to help patients who need regular treatment and wish to keep things cost effective. Cancellation policies can also be found below.

Please note: except for in extreme circumstances block bookings made in advance are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policies
There are always reasons for being unable to attend a session and we hope to be as flexible as possible. In the event of a patient having to cancel, the following policies will apply:
Cancellation up to 48hrs – No charge | Pre-paid treatments re-booked for free.
Cancellation up to 24hrs – Charged at half price | Pre-paid treatments re-booked
Cancellation 24hrs or less – Charged at FULL treatment cost.
If a patient’s cancelled appointment is able to be filled by another person no charges will be made.
At the discretion of the practitioner these policies may be waived in exceptional circumstances.
